Rob Jenkins, Managing Partner

Rob Jenkins Picture1 Rob Jenkins, Managing PartnerFor nearly 20 years,  I’ve been immersed in real estate.  I started my investing career with a condo back in the early 90′s and have never looked back.  That was a fantastic investment.  I was told by nearly everyone not to do it.  With a very brief stint back in the mid 90′s as a Real Estate agent representing buyers and sellers, I’ve been buying for myself ever since.  I like to say “I’m a recovering real estate agent”. God bless the successful agents because they earn their money.

As a former Executive Director for Business Network International here in Atlanta, GA (BNI), I had an excellent opportunity to learn systems and scaling.  These two concepts enabled me to build a business that bought and sold hundreds of properties over the past 10 years.  More importantly, they taught me how to manage and grow a business.

I’ve bought and sold hundreds of properties and can count on one hand deals I should have passed on.  I managed my own properties and built systems to support a growing portfolio.  As the market begin to change and investors and homeowners learned that buying and managing houses is a business, I begin to get calls asking me to manage their properties.  And, here we are today.  I manage with a clear exit strategy and always willing to change when the market calls for it.  Believe me when I say it’s changing on a regular basis in today’s market.

I get alot of calls from real estate investors and homeowners on a variety of subjects.  Many want to know my strategies and thoughts on the market.  I’m always happy to take their calls because no one took mine when I started.  Investors guarded their strategies like they were protecting the wording of the “Health Care Reform Bill”.

I’m an avid coffee drinker, addicted to real estate, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and still believe this country is worth fighting and dying for.
