Rob Jenkins managed our rental property for over 5 years. I could write a whole page of positive feedback but nobody reads long reviews (I surely don’t). Suffice to say that Rob was outstanding! He managed our property much better than the previous 2 property managers. Rents were collected and disbursed timely, issues at the property were addressed adequately, and he made sure that HOA grievances (gosh there were so many) were addressed promptly.
When we made a decision to sell the property, Rob gave us invaluable advice, got us a very good selling price and made the whole selling process painless. The property was sold within 3 days of posting!
