After placing this building under our property management services, we performed a complete renovation. After finishing, we liked this building so much we moved our office downstairs. After settling in and unpacking our fax machine, someone drove by, called, made an offer, and 30 days later I was packing our fax machine back up.
While this was a challenging building to manage, it was alot of fun. As a local property management company in Buford, it was a pleasure to take a building that was sitting vacant and being used for everything illegal and turn it into a contributing tax paying member. A property manager, should not be an expense, but an asset to building an investment portfolio.
